With the exceptional growth of Harmony BYD, we are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. As a General Sales Manager at BYD Automotive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our sales team meets and exceeds targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and market analysis, to senior management.
- Train and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Volume-based sales experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license.
