**Where your story begins**

Our Windsor showroom is searching high and low for its next trailblazer. Moving into the position of Trade Centre Manger, this role isn’t about having this exact title before but about what you plan on doing while you have it.

You could be killing it as a BDM or sales manager and looking to expand your skills.
- Maybe you are someone working in the cabinet making industry and want to take a leap into the world of trade sales and management. Don’t get me wrong if you are a trade centre manager you are also more than welcome to apply

We are very open to a range of different professional backgrounds, so long as you are excited to take on the challenge of a dynamic role where the idea of working for a business that is disrupting the norm excites you. Where you can leverage your sales abilities to innovate and lead.

As our Trade Centre Manager it is about driving performance with the overall goal of increasing market share and building brand awareness.

**What will you do**

Working Monday to Friday out of our Windsor location some of the things you should expect to be doing will be:

- Developing and inspiring the trade centre team
- Focusing on providing service excellence
- Generating new business
- Overseeing the P&L
- Inventory management and Forecasting
- Loving your role in a business that backs and believes in its people

- A high performer in the sales space
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Understanding how to convert a conversation into new business
- Highly safety conscious with a working knowledge of OH&S
- Exposure you P&L and understanding inventory management
