We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Metro Kia dealership for an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

The role we're offering would be one an OTE of $150,000 +++

The Position

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in driving department performance. This includes assisting with managing the sales team, closing deals, maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI), and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll also play a pivotal role in training staff, managing stock, fleet, and sales advertising, and driving lead conversion.

About You

We're seeking a high-achieving individual who can bring:

  • Proven automotive sales experience (senior sales or 2IC roles ideal).
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire team performance.
  • Excellent customer service focus with the ability to nurture relationships.
  • Attention to detail in all administrative and operational processes.
  • The ability to think strategically and contribute dynamic ideas to grow the department.

We are open to candidates stepping up into their first management role if they have the ambition and capability to excel.
