**As a Customer Care Consultant 2IC (Second-in-Charge), your responsibilities include**:

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of passionate Customer Care Consultants
- Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service
- Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
- Assist in managing crises and resolving urgent issues

**As a Customer Care Consultant 2IC (Second-in-Charge), you’ll need a blend of skills and experiences to excel in the role**:

- Leadership and managing expertise with the ability to motivate, coach and guide a team
- Experience in customer service roles that prove track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling urgent customer issues
- Computer skills and ability to use customer service tools
- Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
