**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a dynamic **Customer Care Consultant in our Trade Store** to join our team, on an ongoing **casual** basis, based in **Regency Park, SA**to provide an exceptional level of service to customers

**Your day-to-day**:

- Act as first point of call for all telephone and front counter-based sales enquiries
- Build and cultivate relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
- Process customer orders as well as credits
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Reconciliation of daily cash, EFTPOS and cheque transactions for banking
- Participate in store replenishment exercises

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Trade Counter and/or Customer service experience within a hardware store preferred
- Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
- A proactive and positive attitude with a highly motivated work ethic
- Great personal presentation, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience in providing bold ideas to improve the customer experience
