General Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sydney. As part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Care**: Assist clients with daily living activities, this may include; bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- **Community Access**: Support clients in engaging with their local community by accompanying them to social events, medical appointments, recreational activities, and other community-based outings.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Clearance - Obtained from Service NSW
- Working With Childrens Check (WWCC) - Obtained from Service NSW
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
