About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) in Western Sydney. As a key member of our hospital leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering performance across our Western Sydney hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hospital leaders to develop leadership capabilities and manage organizational change projects
  • Coach leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes
  • Support and resolve employment relations matters
  • Lead People and Culture initiatives, such as goal setting and performance review processes
  • Drive cultural development and support structures within our hospitals
  • Deliver key capability modules and strategic initiatives, such as leadership development programs
About You

We are looking for a seasoned People and Culture Business Partner with a proven track record of success in coaching leaders to improve performance and cultural outcomes. You will have a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with proactive change management, problem-solving, and decision-making is essential. A relevant degree qualification and Human Synergistics accreditation are desirable.

This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility to work from our Western Sydney hospital three days per week.
