About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Experience Talent Consultant to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications sector based in one of our national offices.

Nature of Position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Reporting Line: People & Experience Business Partner

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 plus super.

As a People & Experience Talent Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience at Service Stream. You will be responsible for supporting the P&E function as well as talent side of the telecommunications business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Promote strong onboarding practices to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

About You:

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous.
  • You bring experience in HR / Talent or a similar role, with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
