About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator to support the Promotions Manager in creating and activating innovative campaigns originating from our content and sales teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the briefing, project management, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Prize winner management.
  • Supporting the design, build, and management of content and commercial initiatives from inception to activation, including go-to-market assets.
  • Coordinating station events, including run sheets, key messaging, site-checks, and other event collateral, and live crosses where required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Social media experience (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus.
