Job Title: Promotions Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Promotions Coordinator to join our team at the Australian Radio Network. As a key member of our Promotions Team, you will play a critical role in creating and activating innovative campaigns that drive business results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Promotions Manager in briefing, project managing, and post-campaign reporting for station promotions
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required
* Monitor and optimize campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post-campaign reporting
* Manage prize winners
* Support the design, build, and management of content and commercial initiatives from inception to activation, including go-to-market assets
* Coordinate station events (including run sheets, key messaging, site checks, and other event collateral) and live crosses where required

Requirements:

* High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously
* Social media experience (Facebook & Instagram)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus
