About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Promotions Manager in creating and activating innovative campaigns originating from our content and sales teams to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings, and meet the marketing and communications objectives of all client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the briefing, project management, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post-campaign reporting.
  • Manage prize winners.
  • Support the design, build, and management of content and commercial initiatives from inception to activation, including go-to-market assets.
  • Coordinate station events, including run sheets, key messaging, site checks, and other event collateral, and live crosses where required.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail, who can work autonomously and as part of a team, and has the ability to multitask and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously.
