We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team on the Pluto Train 2 project.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines, as well as providing technical guidance and support to project teams. This includes:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures;
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls to mitigate hazards;
- Providing input to project planning and execution to ensure HSE considerations are integrated; and
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve HSE concerns.
Responsibilities include: interpreting safety and health requirements, conducting inspections and monitoring, tracking performance trends, and providing technical guidance to project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or graduate diploma in occupational health and safety or a related science/engineering field;
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
