We're on the lookout for experienced HSE Advisors to join our team on major civil projects in the Pilbara region of WA. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure personnel safety through the consistent application of HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Deliver effective HSE training sessions and site inductions
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and oversee corrective actions
  • Foster a positive and proactive safety culture among project teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders across all levels to champion safety initiatives

  • Location: Pilbara Region, WA
  • Roster: 2:1 FIFO/DIDO (Flights provided from major capital cities)
  • Inclusions: Flights, accommodation, and meals provided
  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role
  • Pay: Competitive weekly salary plus performance bonus eligibility after 12 months of service

Essential Requirements

  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Cert IV or tertiary qualifications in WHS
  • Civil construction or mining experience
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation & industry practices
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage safety functions proactively
  • Current driver's licence

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in bulk earthworks or major civil construction
  • Incident investigation and risk management expertise
  • Ability to thrive in remote and challenging environments
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
