We are currently seeking a skilled Business Support Associate to provide administrative and operational support for our Adelaide location.

This role involves managing the front of house, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and presented, as well as lending a hand to various teams onsite.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Greeting and assisting staff, visitors, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy
  • Coordinating meeting and shared spaces within the office, ensuring they are clean and organized
  • Catering and event management with local stakeholders, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Providing basic IT support and assistance with supply ordering

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A background in administration or coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think ahead
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Experience in managing multiple room bookings and coordinating events

This position requires 5 days a week of on-site work in our Adelaide office.
