Our business is renowned for its innovative diesel fuel injection services and solutions. As a Service Advisor, you will oversee daily operations in our Workshop and Pump Room, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key responsibilities include managing customer and internal jobs, monitoring sales targets, promoting sales growth, preparing estimates, liaising with management and staff to optimize workflow efficiency, and maintaining a clean work area.

Other key responsibilities include handling warranty issues, generating reports, discussing business matters with upper management, assisting with sales inquiries and spare parts orders, responding to technical and customer needs, allocating jobs to Mechanics/Technicians as needed, coordinating with mechanics and staff to ensure efficient workflow, and promoting upselling of products.

Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ethical values, respect for superiors and subordinates, ability to handle customer complaints, time management skills, attention to detail, problem identification and resolution skills, and a neat appearance.
