Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all aspects of equipment according to company standards ensuring maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil and fuel checks, as well as advanced repairs using diagnostic equipment.
  • Manage inventory control on service trucks ensuring they are properly stocked with necessary parts and supplies.
  • Report to the Service Manager and follow daily assignments and schedules.
  • Be available for after-hours service calls and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose complex issues and perform correct repair procedures.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine trucks and associated equipment including injectors, pistons, liners, cam shafts, and more.
  • Perform preventative maintenance work as requested and document completed tasks accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
