Training and Assessment Opportunity

We are seeking a high-risk training professional to deliver competency-based training materials and conduct verification of competencies at our WA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training content to individuals or groups.
  • Conduct verification of competencies for specific equipment and/or HRWLs.
  • Maintain training materials in line with business and industry standards.
  • Ensure team members are adequately skilled and available across all shifts.
  • Coach and mentor team members on improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nationally recognised skill sets or certification in assessing.
  • Experience developing or assisting with training and assessing materials.
  • Relevant high-risk work licenses.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
