High-Risk Training Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill a Trainer and Assessor position in our organization.
This role will involve providing training and assessing requirements to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery of High Risk Operations Training and Assessing
- Facilitation of Fortescue specific Training and Assessments, including Verification of Competency Assessments
- Maintenance of accurate and compliant training records, including digital training matrices for personnel
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on approach to teamwork, positive attitude, and superior customer service skills
- Administrative and scheduling duties as required
- Current Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- WorkSafe Assessor Accreditation
- Proven experience and specialist skills in high-risk work areas
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Mining practices and technical systems
- Licensed to train and deliver
- Dogging (DG) HRWL
- Crane (CN / CV) HRWL
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) HRWL
- Working at Heights (NUOC)
- Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing (NUOC)
- SAP / LMS experience highly regarded
