Worksafe Training and Assessment Specialist

The High Risk Trainer position is a skilled role that entails delivering Worksafe training programs to various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive Worksafe training programs for diverse sectors
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with industry experts to stay current on best practices and emerging technologies
  • Maintaining and updating educational materials, including lesson plans and training manuals

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Worksafe training and assessment (e.g. Rigging / Crane WS Assessor licence)
  • Prior experience in technical and vocational training, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
