
Director of Customer Experience

You will lead a high-performing team of engineers who design and implement innovative solutions to transform customer interactions.
We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with product owners to refine and realize product visions, ensuring initiatives are prioritized and delivered to achieve business outcomes.
As a key member of our Technology Division, you will provide strategic technology leadership, guiding your team to navigate complex challenges and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver mission-critical initiatives
- Provide technical leadership to ensure the squad has adequate resources to meet customer needs
- Foster an environment of fast decision-making and effective collaboration and communication
We are interested in hearing from people who have a background in shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments. Experience in modern technology stacks such as AWS, Typescript, Next.js, Azure AI Foundry is desirable.
