**Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE** have a rare opportunity for a customer centric and results driven** Service Manager** to join our Service leadership team. The role will grow from one site to two sites and will include more brands, so therefore we're looking for a motivated person willing to take on the challenge.

Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing customer engagement, focus on maximising profits and delivering outstanding results. Thereby successfully building high levels of daily customer satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.

- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees' positivity developing their skills & capabilities.
- Results driven, strong time management and organisational skills
- Solutions focused to identify and drive operational improvements ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to enhance Customer Service performance standards through effective leadership & coaching.
