Lead Testing Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Testing Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across multiple projects.

This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams working in Scrum methodology to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions and quick resolution of defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers across multiple projects.
  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, quality gates, and defect triage processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure full test coverage.
  • Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Track and report test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Experience driving testing capability uplift across people, processes, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with 2x12 months extension options. Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline security clearance.
