About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automated and manual testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams working in Scrum methodology to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions and quick resolution of defects.

  • Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers across multiple projects.
  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, quality gates and defect triage processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers and business analysts to ensure full test coverage.
  • Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, performance and UAT testing.
  • Support the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Track and report test progress, defect metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough test coverage.
  2. Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Mentoring junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Providing input on test tool selection and implementation.
  5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills And Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Experience driving testing capability uplift across people, processes and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
