Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing team and drive testing capability uplift for one of our Federal clients based in Canberra.

This key member of our testing team will be responsible for defining comprehensive test strategies that align with project objectives and timelines, leading and mentoring testing teams, fostering strong communication and stakeholder engagement, and driving sustainable improvements across people, process, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies that meet project goals and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor testing teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive testing capability uplift by assessing current maturity, establishing a baseline, and implementing sustainable improvements across people, process, and tools.
  • Develop and integrate automation testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define and execute test strategies that meet project goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrated evidence of driving testing capability uplift across people, process, and tools.
  • Experience with automation testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and excellent communication skills with stakeholders; ability to foster a growth mindset.
Additional Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship is required.
