Job Overview

This role is for a skilled Ground Service Equipment (GSE) technician to join our team at the airport. As a GSE technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground service equipment by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks on GSE vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections on all GSE vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Diagnosing Issues: Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with GSE vehicles and equipment to identify the root cause of issues and recommend solutions.
  • Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely availability for repairs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
  • Experience working with heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).
