This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing individualized support and expert guidance on health solutions and claim resolutions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and managers who value your input and provide you with the autonomy to interact effectively with customers.

The core of this position involves conducting thorough needs analysis for customers in branches, recommending tailored products that meet their unique requirements, and explaining the benefits and value of these solutions.

In addition, you will develop business and community relationships that promote the brand and drive new membership acquisition. This entails working closely with existing Bupa members to address their daily concerns, ensuring they understand the full scope of their health insurance product, and providing targeted solutions to identified needs.

As a key member of our team, you will work 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and customer-centricity.
