Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that our partners and customers understand the full value of our video and audio solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver solutions and demonstrations to customers, both internally and externally
  • Develop technical written presales material, including proposals and presentations
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners
  • Collaborate with integrators and technology partners during the project sales process
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure successful outcomes for our partners
  • Construct and deliver technology-specific training to customers
  • Provide technical updates to our partners and attend industry trade shows and events on our behalf
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role within the network video and physical security markets is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and applications is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
