About the Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker is dedicated to delivering exceptional results through data, technology, and automation. As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by providing expertise in implementation planning and buying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Develop a strong understanding of the agency's and group's proposition, core Marketplace processes, and our way of working
  • Complete training on key tools and systems required for the role

What You'll Need

  • Passion for the media industry and a desire to learn and grow
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Results-driven and passionate about delivering business results for clients

What Success Looks Like

  • In 3 months: Establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, complete training, and actively use key tools and systems
  • In 6 months: Demonstrate ability to deliver on all aspects of the role, support processes for allocated clients/campaigns, and strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • In 12 months: Take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, build strong relationships with publishers, and represent the Wavemaker team
