Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to play a crucial role in our asset management division.

About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a product manager to specifically target asset performance, liaise with key stakeholders and contribute to the success of the division.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and aligning the product vision with organisational strategy.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to incorporate feedback and maintain the integrity of the product vision and goal.
  • Making strategic product decisions, including feature releases and timing, to maximise value.
  • Building the capability of the team to ensure successful product delivery, working closely with chapter leads.
  • Creating a high-performance environment that empowers self-managing squads.
  • Fostering a positive work environment by focusing on individual growth and outcomes.

You Will Have:

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to align with business outcomes and facilitate autonomous delivery.
  • Strategic thinking skills, capable of connecting organisational strategy with tactical actions to achieve results.
  • Excellent systems thinking skills, with evidence of tangible product delivery in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in managing product performance, including monitoring different KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, adept at representing the product vision to the organisation.
  • Collaborative leadership style, actively seeking input and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Emotional intelligence, with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
