We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business growth across all sectors, private and public, with a bias towards medium and larger organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients within the corporate and government sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Work with the existing Sales Team members to augment and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the ESG industry.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments, providing valuable insights to heads of departments to aid strategic decision-making and product roadmap direction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry. ESG software sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a new business-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
