Job Title: ESG Sales Executive - Environmental Sustainability Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Sales Executive to join our team at Moir Group. As an ESG Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base across all sectors, private and public, with a bias towards medium and larger organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients within the corporate and government sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
* Work with our existing Sales Team members to augment and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the ESG industry.
* Create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to showcase our SaaS solutions, addressing client needs and demonstrating value propositions effectively.
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments, providing valuable insights to heads of departments to aid strategic decision-making and product roadmap direction.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry. ESG software sales experience is highly desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a new business-focused role
* Strong understanding of corporate sales processes
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
* Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
