Strategic Demand Planner

About This Role
">The role involves managing the forecasting process for all products in the portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon sales forecasts.
Conduct a monthly review of demand forecasts to ensure accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to update demand forecasts in planning systems.
Review and analyze demand forecast accuracy and develop strategies to improve it.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to refine demand forecasts.
Develop detailed demand forecasts and accuracy reports to support the sales & operational planning process.
Assist in scenario planning and risk management during seasonal reviews, new product development planning, and other key business processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand planning.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand planning or a related field, preferably in a national support office role.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Detailed-oriented and proficient in using current forecasting and planning systems.
