APAC Demand Creation Manager Role

This managerial position focuses on managing demand creation and sales activities for Foam Agent and Foam Hardware in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and experience in a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide monthly order bookings and sales revenue forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly sales staff meetings and update Territory Sales Directors and Product Sales Director on order bookings and sales revenue forecast achievement.
  • Formulate pricing recommendations and discount structures and participate in Special Price Request (SPR) review calls with Territory Sales Manager, Pricing Manager, and Product Sales director.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in demand creation and sales activities is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
