Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the deployment of our Lead to Cash Omni Solutions in the Asia Pacific Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying the new solutions, designing the deployment strategy and playbook, ensuring adoption and strong alignment with global processes.

This includes capabilities such as B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, Webshop, enabled by mainstream technology platforms including Salesforce, SAP S/4 Hana, etc.

The role will play a critical enabler of value creation for the business by ensuring high-quality transformation of the Demand function systems, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploying L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service) to all Asia Pacific Markets
  • Developing deep expertise on end-to-end processes and systems to lead thinking on effective and efficient ways to make RC easier to work with and for
  • Being the key voice of the local function in the project, escalating issues for resolution, and proactively managing market teams
  • Working hand-in-hand with the COE, APAC EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure successful completion of milestones
  • Collaborating with 3rd party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators, and Business Integrators
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in demand/sales function, ideally with experience in deploying new digital capabilities
  • Experience driving business process changes and change management impacts across teams
  • Demonstrable experience delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
