Work as a Duty Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to take on the role of Duty Manager at our facilities. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are safe and enjoyable for patrons. This includes customer service, pool operations, and health club management.

The Role:

  • Leadership experience with ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate (desired)

Requirements:

  • Lifeguard experience required
  • Variety of evening shifts during the week
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
