Job Title: Duty Manager
About This RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your exceptional leadership skills and drive guest satisfaction. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Front Desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing top-notch customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of service to guests, balancing their needs with those of talent and hotel operations.
- Create memorable experiences for guests by adopting a deep understanding of the guest journey and leveraging local knowledge.
- Supervise all hotel operational areas, performing day-to-day duties with passion and charisma while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in Front Desk or Front Office roles, preferably in a supervisory or management position within a luxury hotel.
- Knowledge of procedures and policies for check-in/check-out, pre-arrival planning, property-based systems, and room inventory management.
- Attention to detail and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
