Logistics Operations Manager

This role offers an exciting chance to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for inbound and outbound transport programs.
The primary location will be our support office, with occasional work at a fulfillment centre nearby.
Shifts will cover weekdays, evenings, and weekends (one Saturday or Sunday each month) between 6am-8pm.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Route and assign delivery routes for drivers
- Provide tracking information to customers
- Keep customers informed about their orders and provide support as needed
- Solve problems that arise during delivery and offer guidance to drivers
- Manage fatigue and speed events, escalating issues when necessary
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
You'll also need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and results-driven transport allocation across our network.
We're looking for individuals with experience in transport allocation/scheduling or customer-facing roles, particularly those with supply chain/logistics qualifications.
