Job Title: National Maintenance Contract Administrator

The role of a National Maintenance Contract Administrator is crucial in the upkeep and management of various building services. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage maintenance contracts nationally, ensuring seamless operations across different locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Asset Management: Overseeing the management of assets such as HVAC systems and other building services to ensure they are functioning optimally.
  • Maintenance Contract Setup: Establishing and managing maintenance contracts with clients, including variations and alterations as needed.
  • Maintenance Scheduling and Billing: Coordinating maintenance schedules and billing processes to ensure timely payment and efficient service delivery.
  • Labour Rate Establishment: Negotiating and establishing labour rates with clients, as well as other customer-based fee structures.
  • Subcontractor Engagement: Engaging specialist subcontractors to support the delivery of maintenance services.
  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis of maintenance contracts to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have intermediate computer skills, with good proficiency in Excel. Additionally, you will require a high level of attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
