VEX Robotics Educator Job Description

As a VEX robotics educator, you will design and deliver dynamic courses for after-school programs. You will guide students in assembling, programming, and operating VEX robots, while fostering problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills through hands-on challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and teach engaging VEX robotics courses for students of all skill levels.
  • Guide students in the assembly, programming, and operation of VEX robots.
  • Develop and implement problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills through hands-on challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Track student attendance and performance, creating reports as required.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator who is passionate about VEX robotics technology and has excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic, as well as current NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
