We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Charlestown. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of beauty products, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and engaging customer experience, listening to and addressing their unique needs.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Availability to work across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts.
