
Customer Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Data Analyst who can interpret complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.
This role involves working with various stakeholders to understand their analytics and data needs, and developing hypotheses to guide strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Responsibilities include:
- Identifying commercial opportunities through data analysis and collaborating with the wider digital and marketing team to bring about business outcomes
- Analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies and measuring the success of campaigns
- Providing insights to guide strategy and developing tactical and operational KPIs to measure success
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Leadership and management experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Analytics (GA)
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Excellent organization, planning, and facilitation skills
- Tertiary education in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities- Developing and publishing periodic customer-focused reports including inputs to Board reports and leadership team
- Maintaining data assets that enable insights generation using customer and transaction data
- Providing ongoing analysis to proactively answer questions and anticipate business needs and influence business action
- Identifying trends and patterns in data to identify commercial opportunities and work with the wider digital and marketing team to bring about business outcomes
