As a seasoned KYC specialist, you will play a key role in proactive outreach to our customers for data collection, including source of wealth, while collaborating with financial crime and risk operations teams. This opportunity allows you to contribute to business risk management by analyzing information and communicating risks and benefits while promoting openness to new approaches and ideas.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement - Manage customer outreach and service requests aligned with business priorities for risk and compliance-related outreach.\
  • Explain AML, KYC, SOW, and Customer data outreach requests to customers in a clear and concise manner.\
  • Maintain accurate customer profile information when completing customer outreach and engagement.\
  • Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships effectively.\

What We're Looking For

  • \
  • Previous experience in Financial Crime and AML (Essential)\
  • Strong customer relationship management experience (Essential)\
  • Experience in a customer-centric process environment\
  • Operational experience in a highly regulated industry, such as Casino or Gaming\
\

With your expertise in customer due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, you will navigate the complex gaming industry landscape and ensure high standards of integrity in customer engagement practices.
