Experience Manager for Customer Journey Optimization in Sydney

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our properties in Sydney. As an Experience Manager for Customer Journey Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our customer journey.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer experience and value proposition design, with expertise in customer communications and product management. They will be able to develop and execute strategies that enhance the customer experience, leveraging customer insights and analytics to drive business growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly created team, bringing together centralised guest experience functions of digital channels, Reservations & Guest Services, research and complaints handling.
