Culinary Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized culinary support assistant to join our team at Topgolf Gold Coast.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management and organisation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchenware is returned to its allocated area and stored in a clean and safe manner, reporting any issues that may affect kitchen operations or food safety, and assisting with event setup and pack down.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by providing clean and sanitary utensils, silverware, plate ware and glassware to our guests. This includes preparing of plate warmers, setting buffets, collection of plates/cutlery and service equipment from event location, and returning to kitchen for cleaning and storage.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all kitchenware is returned to its allocated area and stored in a clean and safe manner.
  • Report any issues that may affect kitchen operations or food safety immediately to your Team Leader.
  • Assist with event setup and pack down, including preparation of plate warmers, setting buffets, collection of plates/cutlery and service equipment from event location, and returning to kitchen for cleaning and storage.
