We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Observation Deck Ambassador. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with visitors, facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets, and generating sales. They will also be required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation in our Bistro & Bar, providing an all-day dining experience for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience within a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment. You must be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience working with POS Systems and competence with cash handling
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
What We Offer

Part-time employment guarantees a minimum of 12 hours per week over a cyclic roster. As a part-time team member, you will accrue leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis. Good availability and flexibility with working hours are essential.
