Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated team members to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences as Room Attendants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort in every room.

The Role

This position involves ensuring the cleaning of all guest rooms is completed to our strict quality control standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing trolleys with adequate linen and equipment supplies to meet job requirements. A professional image must be consistently displayed in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional housekeeping services by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms.
  • Prepare trolleys with linen and equipment supplies according to job requirements.
  • Display a professional image at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • A high level of physical fitness is necessary to perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and twisting.
