Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer-focused results on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Tourism industry and take your career further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers from all over the world, providing a warm welcome and excellent service at every interaction.
- Dispatching and returning rental cars and campervans, including providing demonstrations to our customers on the operational features of our campervans.
- Conducting pre-hire vehicle basic safety inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and in a roadworthy condition (training provided).
- Driving sales - rentals, excess reduction, and ancillary sales by leveraging strong negotiation skills and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
- Vehicle Detailing - Interior and exterior car and campervan detailing to ensure a premium presentation for our guests.
- Campervan linen laundry - pitching in with the team to process laundry on site and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Liaising effectively with external service providers to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
- A desire for a hands-on role in the Tourism or Rental Vehicle Industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Rental car and campervan experience preferred, but not essential - we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Proven sales experience is desirable, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic workplace and remain calm under pressure, with excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Great computer skills to operate our Rental Reservation System and Office Products, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to establish and maintain supplier & service centre relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with minor domestic car/campervan repairs is desirable, but not essential.
- A full driver's licence is required, with a clean driving record.
