As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to create unforgettable experiences at our venue. We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual who can motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue. They will also possess a valid RSA and relevant state-approved managers license, as well as a Working with Children Check.

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue
  • A valid RSA, relevant state-approved managers license and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work nights and weekends. After all, that's where the action is at
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
