Senior Entertainment Operations Manager

As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to create unforgettable experiences at our venue. We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual who can motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue. They will also possess a valid RSA and relevant state-approved managers license, as well as a Working with Children Check.

About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment/hospitality venue
- A valid RSA, relevant state-approved managers license and Working with Children Check
- Availability to work nights and weekends. After all, that's where the action is at
- An obsession with providing the best guest experiences
- Experience in driving revenues on shift
- Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities

- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
