We are seeking a skilled Senior Event Manager to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building community, delivering memorable events, and fostering strong relationships with performers and promoters.
This is an exciting opportunity to orchestrate daily operations, develop effective event programming and marketing strategies, and cultivate a talented team. If you have a proven track record in event and entertainment programming, strong leadership skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of a dynamic venue to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective event programming and marketing strategies to drive attendance and revenue growth
- Coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively to ensure seamless execution
- Budget development experience and knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance are essential
- Minimum 2 years direct late-night entertainment experience with a proven track record in event and entertainment programming
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop management teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
