Job DescriptionCleveland Sands Hotel is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment-focused venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including entertainment, food and beverage, and team leadership.
You will bring energy and vision to create engaging activations, build strong relationships with DJs and promoters, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing large multifaceted venues, who is passionate about customer experience, entertainment, and has a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of financial management and reporting.
